The hotel's location is convenient and easy to access. It provides a decent view of the surrounding area, and the staff are polite. this doesn't make up for the terrible condition of the rooms. the bathroom is a public toilet with insects and other bugs. the bed linens are smelly, and the room is dirty. guests have to deal with consistent maintenance issues, like the AC and hot water not working. there are better options out there for travelers.

One of the best aspects of my stay was the friendly and helpful staff who always ensured that I had an enjoyable experience.
Some of the facilities are not well-maintained and in need of refurbishment. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom which was poorly cleaned and had unpleasant odours.

The Thanksgiving stay was fantastic! the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast and dinner that were delicious. the location was perfect, close to all the tourist spots, and we enjoyed the convenience. the room was spacious and clean, exactly what we expected.
Some things let the experience down. the hotel lift was out of order, which was inconvenient, and we had to climb to the 3rd floor.
